Every second Friday of the month in the mornings

A monthly meeting for both men and women. The informality of the group enables everyone to join and meet others in a relaxed atmosphere in people’s homes.

Meetings include talks and visits, for example a visit to Powys Castle and gardens and a guided tour of Battlefield with teas afterwards. Other activities include evenings of words and music, holiday experiences and Christmas celebrations.

A summer mystery tour is arranged around local beauty spots and we have special events linking up with our friends from Oswestry URC Church. During the summer coffee mornings are arranged and at New Year a lunch is held at a local hotel.

New members are very welcome.
